Software Engineering Intern

BHEL
- Built a system for the management and co-ordination of the different assets present in the datacenter of BHEL Hyderabad using Java and OracleDB.
- Integrated the system with different temperature sensors for temperature monitoring using Arduino.
- Added a feature to check the connection to their server status using a ping monitor to their existing project.
Software Engineering Intern

- Utilized Selenium WebDriver for hashtag monitoring, PostgreSQL for data storage, pre-trained AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) for content analysis, and notification services (e.g., email) along with Redis and RabbitMQ for caching.
- The system tracks specified hashtags in real-time on Twitter, extracts and stores tweet content, and uses AI to analyze and summarize topics discussed.
- Hourly generation of topic summaries and automatic notifications sent to users with the summarized details.
Co-curricular Activities
- Tech Lead-Free and Open Source Cell MEC (FOSS MEC), the Free and Open Source Community of MEC.
- Mentor-Python track of SheHacks Hackathon conducted by Tinkerhub WIT.
- Sub-lead of Talks Team-Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell MEC(IEDC MEC).
Achievements
- Won HultPrizeMEC(Entrepreneurship and Development Competition) and invited to China to present the project.
- Recipient of the prestigious Millenium Fellowship by the United Nations.
- Selected as a Contributor for the prestigious GirlScript Summer Of Code'24.
